Availability : the café is available to hire from 4pm on weekdays and all day on weekends for community group meetings or small social events.
Capacity : the café can accommodate a maximum of 65(seating available for 54 max)
Parking : parking is available in Yate Shopping Centre car park subject to the rules and restrictions applicable; including maximum stay time. Yate Town Council encourages all hirers and visitor to not bring cars to the Pop Inn Café if possible or encourage car sharing.
Facilities available : The Pop Inn Café has a café style layout of tables and chairs suitable for community group meetings and social events. Wi-fi and kitchen area including facility to make hot drinks available.
Key Holder Arrangements
The Pop Inn Café is an unmanned facility, and you will need to collect a key from the Town Council Offices at Poole Court for your booking. A CASH returnable keyholder/damage deposit is required at the time of collecting the key. A £50 deposit is charged for all bookings except social events and birthday parties for 16’s plus, where the deposit is £100 or £200 where permission for alcohol has been given.
