Planning & Transportation Committee Meeting 13th October 2026 (Reserve Date)

Reserve Dates for Planning & Transportation Committee – Meetings will be convened, if required, in consultation with the Chair of the Committee. In between meetings of the Planning & Transportation Committee, notice of planning applications received will be published on the website. If a meeting does not take place to discuss applications received, then comments will be submitted to South Gloucestershire Council using delegation to the Town Clerk, in consultation with members of the Planning & Transportation Committee, in order to meet consultation deadlines.
