Features of Sunnyside Pavilion
Availability : Sunnyside Pavilion is available to hire from October – March, Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 3.30pm*
*It may be possible to hire the venue between April and September but please contact us to make further enquiries.
Capacity : the pavilion can accommodate a maximum of 60.
Parking : Parking is available at the pavilion however, Yate Town Council encourage all hirers and visitors not to bring cars to the venue if possible or to encourage car sharing.
Facilities available : the pavilion is suitable for community groups and meeting. There is a small kitchen area with tea/coffee making facilities, wi-fi, disabled access/facilities and a small outside space with seating, Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) on outside wall.
3rd Party Equipment :
f you are having 3rd party equipment, the hirer should check and confirm with the 3rd party provider that, for the period of the hire, they will be in attendance with their equipment manned at all times.
The equipment cannot be manned by the hirer themselves, unless they can provide us with evidence that they have their own Public Liability Insurance to cover the activity.
Please provide the Town Council with confirmation that the 3rd party will be in attendance together with a copy of their Public Liability Insurance and current PAT testing certificate, for the equipment being used, when you return the signed booking form.
