Planning & Transportation Committee Meeting 20th May 2025 (Reserve Date)

Reserve Dates for Planning & Transportation Committee – Meetings will be convened, if required, in consultation with the Chair of the Committee.

In between meetings of the Planning & Transportation Committee, notice of planning applications received will be published on the website. If a meeting does not take place to discuss applications received, then comments will be submitted to South Gloucestershire Council using delegation to the Town Clerk, in consultation with members of the Planning & Transportation Committee, in order to meet consultation deadlines.

The Planning and Transportation Committee is held approximately every 4 weeks and consists of members of Yate Town Council. The chair of the P&T Committee is elected at the Annual Town Council meeting held in May. The committee considers and discusses issues such as planning applications, consultations, transport and highways issues and strategic and visionary planning.
